After focusing on Comparative Law in London with Notre Dame\u2019s Concannon Programme in International Law, studying under the tutelage of professors from Oxford and Cambridge, she received her Juris Doctor<\/b> magna cum laude<\/i> in 2003.<\/p>

Ms. Teodorescu also holds a Master\u2019s Degree summa cum laude <\/i>in Education from Claremont Graduate University. Why the Name \"TotheRescue\"<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Growing up with the Romanian last name Teodorescu in the USA, Ms. Teodorescu heard countless variations of her surname. Her favorite version is the nickname her playmates came up with during elementary school: \u201cTo-the-Rescue!\u201d Little did those schoolchildren know that Ms. Teodorescu would find herself naturally driven to finding solutions for the problems of others through the practice of law.<\/span><\/p>

Teodorescu means \u201cchild of Teodor\u201d (or Theodore), much like the Anglo-Norman name Johnson means \u201cchild of John\u201d and the Gaelic name McWilliam means \u201cchild of William.\u201d Many cultures follow the same custom of using the surname to indicate paternal lineage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In the English language, TotheRescue <\/i>is the most fun of the similar-sounding variations of Teodorescu and, in Ms. Teodorescu\u2019s case, certainly the most apt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
